Beam's Public Art Guidance

A new report commissioned by Beam and researched and written by Boseda Olawoy, focuses on why artist commissioning opportunities in the area of public art do not seem to attract a diverse range of artists from different backgrounds.

The need for this research has been informed by Beam's diversity monitoring, anecdotal evidence and the research of others in the sector. The aim of the report is to show how we can make the sector more fair and equitable.
