Business Planning

The Business Planning workshops were delivered by Oliver Cappleman, Director of Mutual Ventures in December 2021. The aims of these workshops were to support organisations to write an effective business plan that would be central to their development and growth. The workshops also provided guidance on business planning tools and templates, avoiding common business planning pitfalls, and how to use business plans in various situations and with various audiences.
