Financial Resilience

The financial resilience workshop was delivered by Agata Miskowiec and Will Carruthers, both Senior Consultants at Mutual Ventures. These workshops were delivered in March 2022.

Agata and Will discussed the importance of good financial planning and management, drawing on the case study of Kids Company to provide examples of common mistakes. They also provided guidance on how to use financial statements and the importance of financial forecasting. Ideas and tips on how to improve financial resilience were also discussed and Agata and Will also answered some burning questions on managing finances!
