Storying Goldthorpe Creative Workshops

Over the summer of 2023, young people of the ‘I Know I Can’ Young People's Centre in Dearne and Astrea Academy Dearne took part in a series of workshops, all under the umbrella of the ‘Storying Goldthorpe’ project. The work created in these workshops all related to themes of identity and place. The young people explored a range of media; photography, textiles, sculpture and storytelling, twine-gaming and poetry, led by local creative practitioners.
